This is just a website. The goal is to have a presence on the maybe dying web. I miss the old web -the hope of it, the discovery, the community.

It’s also an opportunity to play with html and a very very little bit of css (I started with the idea I’d use no css but that intention succumbed to reality pretty fast)

I plan on doing this myself -without tools that take understanding out of the process. It would be really easy to tell some llm to make me a website, then tell it to update page x with y but I’d like to do this by hand. I use LLMs for lots of stuff -and likely will use it to detect errors on this site, but for the most part, I want to build this without getting an AI to do the heavy lifting.
